Cornish Picks Up Second NEAC Men's Golf Student-Athlete of the Week Award

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. - The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced Andrew Cornish as its Student-Athlete of the Week selection in men’s golf for the week ending Oct. 14.

Andrew Cornish (Pottstown, Pa.) from Penn State Berks has been named NEAC Men’s Golfer of the Week for the second time this fall after an outstanding effort at the Alvernia University Fall Invitational. The Nittany Lions’ sophomore finished his round with a one-under 71 and trailed the individual winner by one stroke to claim second place. Cornish’s performance led Penn State Berks to a first-place team finish.
