Rosaschi, Dominic Selected as NEAC Men's Lacrosse Weekly Standouts

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. - The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced Edward Rosaschi and Nick Dominic as its Student-Athlete of the Week selections in men’s lacrosse for the week ending March 24.

Edward Rosaschi (Highland Mills, N.Y.) from SUNY Poly has been selected as the NEAC Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week after setting the program’s new single-game record with 10 points in a win over SUNY Canton. The Wildcats’ junior attacker tallied four goals and six assists to set the new mark. Rosaschi’s stat line included one man-down goal and seven ground balls to lead his team to the 16-13 non-conference victory.

Nick Dominic (Pittsford, N.Y.) from SUNY Cobleskill has been honored as the NEAC Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week with eight ground balls and eight caused turnovers in two games last week. The Fighting Tigers’ sophomore defender scooped up five ground balls with one caused turnover in a loss at SUNY Delhi on March 19. Dominic closed out the week with three ground balls and seven caused turnovers in an 11-6 win at Mt. St. Vincent.
