Penn State Harrisburg Collects NEAC Men's Soccer Weekly Honors

LATHAM, N.Y. – Penn State Harrisburg’s Joey Aman and Nicholas Guglielmetti have been named North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) men’s soccer Players of the Week.  

Joey Aman (Annapolis, Md.) collects Offensive Player of the Week after being responsible for the game-winner in both contests. The junior provided the lone goal in a 1-0 win over defending NEAC champions, Penn State Abington. The tally was the 20th in the junior's career. Aman then got Penn State Harrisburg on the board first in a 3-0 win against Gallaudet to help the Nittany Lions stay perfect in NEAC play.

Nicholas Guglielmetti (Rochester, Mich.) was named Defensive Player of the Week after recording a pair of shutouts for Penn State Harrisburg. The junior needed to make two saves against Abington in a 1-0 win, but one did come inside the final four minutes. Gugleilmetti made one stop in a 3-0 win over Gallaudet. The Rochester, Michigan native has won five straight starts and three consecutive clean sheets.
