SUNY Cobleskill Serves as Host of 2019-20 NEAC Swimming & Diving Championships

LATHAM, N.Y. – SUNY Cobleskill will serve as the host for the 2019-20 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Swimming & Diving Championships this weekend. The championships get underway on Friday morning when the preliminaries start at 10 a.m.

This weekend will mark the fifth occasion that the Fighting Tigers will host the NEAC Championships. Outside of the hosts, the fields feature Cazenovia College, Gallaudet University, Wells College, and Cedar Crest College.

The Fighting Tigers are seeking a fourth consecutive title on the men’s side. The Cazenovia women eye its sixth title in a row.  

The 2019-20 Championships will run through Sunday at the SUNY Cobleskill Bouck Hall Natatorium. Preliminaries start at 10 a.m. all three days of the championship. The finals begin at 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 4:45 on Sunday.

Tickets for the weekend can be purchased on-site throughout the championships. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students with school ID. An ‘All-Championship Pass,’ which covers all six sessions can be purchased for $25 for adults and $15 for students with their school ID.

Live streaming will be available for championships, both the men and women. The standard stream is available free of charge, while the high definition stream will be $4.95 per session. Real-time results can be purchased through the Meet Mobile App at the cost of $4.95.
